Joslyn doesn’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. She sees every person as the expert in their own life and feels honoured to be part of their journey—listening, learning and helping to turn goals into action.
ActionAbility was born from Joslyn’s desire to do things differently. She set out to create a service that’s creative, flexible, and—most importantly—genuinely invested in the lives of each individual the ActionAbility team works alongside. Her approach is all about rolling up her sleeves and getting to action!

Imelda is a qualified Art Therapist, Social Worker and Counsellor who is committed to supporting her clients in discovering their strengths through a creative, therapeutic process.
Imelda believes that everyone has their own story, and sometimes art can say what words can’t. She creates a relaxed, welcoming space where people can explore their feelings, try out different materials and discover new ways to cope with life’s challenges.
For Imelda, it’s not about the finished artwork, but about the journey and the small steps forward that happen in the process
