Joslyn doesn’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. She sees every person as the expert in their own life and feels honoured to be part of their journey—listening, learning and helping to turn goals into action.

ActionAbility was born from Joslyn’s desire to do things differently. She set out to create a service that’s creative, flexible, and—most importantly—genuinely invested in the lives of each individual the ActionAbility team works alongside. Her approach is all about rolling up her sleeves and getting to action!

Nikita truly believes that everyone is worthy and valuable, with their own unique story, needs and strengths. She takes a down-to-Earth approach, always aiming to see the person behind the NDIS plan, listen carefully and work alongside them to find practical solutions that really make a difference.

Whether it’s navigating the NDIS “jungle” with each individual’s unique circumstances and needs at the forefront or being a steady presence when things get overwhelming. Nikita empowers her clients to feel confident, heard and supported.

Reiby is a highly skilled and empathetic professional with extensive experience in direct support services and Support Coordination. She’s known for her warm, approachable nature and her genuine care for the people she supports. Reiby takes the time to really get to know each person and what matters most to them, making sure they feel heard and understood every step of the way.

Reiby truly believes that everyone is worthy and valuable, with their own unique story, needs, and strengths. She takes a down-to-earth approach, always aiming to see the person behind the NDIS plan, listen carefully, and work alongside them to find practical solutions that really make a difference.

Chantelle brings a wealth of hands-on experience from the community and disability sectors, supporting individuals and families to achieve their goals and live with confidence. With a background in disability, aged care, and mental health, she understands the importance of delivering support that is both compassionate and person-centred.

Known for her strong communication skills, Chantelle works effectively with participants, families, service providers, and other stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes. Her professionalism, reliability, and thorough understanding of NDIS processes make her a trusted coordinator who ensures that support plans are not only managed but truly bring value to each participant’s life.

Hannah brings a strong background in direct support and a passion for working alongside participants an their families to build a strong TEAM. With a flexible and adaptable approach, Hannah is dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centered support that promotes dignity and improves quality of life.

Hannah is excellent at cutting through the confusion of the NDIS and making things feel a bit less overwhelming, whether it is managing complex situations, uniting a team or supporting her clients through tricky situations.

Imelda is a qualified Art Therapist, Social Worker and Counsellor who is committed to supporting her clients in discovering their strengths through a creative, therapeutic process.

Imelda believes that everyone has their own story, and sometimes art can say what words can’t. She creates a relaxed, welcoming space where people can explore their feelings, try out different materials and discover new ways to cope with life’s challenges.

For Imelda, it’s not about the finished artwork, but about the journey and the small steps forward that happen in the process

Sienna is a qualified Social Worker who brings a diverse range of skills and experience to each person she supports. With many years in the disability sector—including social work, direct support, managing support teams, Support Coordination, and counselling—she’s seen just about every side of the NDIS world.

Sienna knows that navigating the system can feel overwhelming, so she’s always ready to break things down, offer practical advice, and be a steady support through any challenges that come up.

Jini brings over 9 years of experience within the disability sector, including extensive experience in Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination, Plan Management, support worker, and direct support services. With a strong understanding of the NDIS and a passion for helping people achieve meaningful outcomes, she supports participants with a wide range of needs, including complex disability, mental health, behavioural challenges, housing, and crisis situations.

As a  Support Coordinator, Jini works closely with participants, families, allied health professionals, providers, and the NDIA to ensure supports are person-centred, sustainable, and aligned with individual goals. She is known for her proactive approach, strong advocacy skills, and ability to navigate complex situations while building positive and trusting relationships.

Jini understands that the NDIS can be overwhelming and is committed to making the process easier by providing clear guidance, practical solutions, and ongoing support. Her focus is on empowering participants to build capacity, exercise choice and control, and confidently navigate their NDIS journey while ensuring they receive the supports they need.

Bella is a skilled Support Coordinator with years in this role. Drawing upon her strong background in individual support both in the disability and personal development space, as well as a qualified Counsellor, she brings a unique and highly invested approach to every individual she works with.

Bella takes pride in working alongside participants to navigate the NDIS and coordinate the right services to meet their individual needs. Her approach is grounded in building genuine relationships, ensuring each person feels heard, understood, and supported through every step of their journey.

Mandy is a warm, approachable and experienced Support Coordinator with over 8 years in the disability sector, with 4 1/2 of those years as a Support Coordinator.

Mandy has a strong understanding of the NDIS and is passionate about helping people feel confident, supported and clear on their goals. With a background in both support work and coordination, Mandy takes a practical, solution-focused approach, ensuring the right supports are in place and working well in everyday life.

Mandy loves seeing people grow in confidence and independence, and enjoys celebrating progress along the way.

Chey has spent years working alongside individuals living  with disabilities and their families through direct support.  Warm, friendly and easy to talk to, Chey takes the time to really listen and understand what each person wants and needs.

Whether it’s helping her client's navigate complex systems, access the right support, or simply feel seen and heard, Chey is dedicated to supporting individuals in a way that’s genuine, respectful, and tailored to what they need most.

Dustin is a dedicated NDIS Support Coordinator with a strong background in mental health and direct support. He brings valuable insight gained through both professional and lived experience navigating the NDIS with a close family member. Dustin understands firsthand how crucial a skilled and empathetic Coordinator is in ensuring participants receive the support they deserve.

Dustin centres his practice on empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives. He recognises that NDIS participants depend on a reliable network to access the right services and he is devoted to being a positive, proactive presence in that network.

Rachael is the kind of Support Coordinator who puts genuine care and purpose into everything she does with families and individuals in her community. Drawing from years of experience as a Support Worker and a SIL Team Leader, she’s built a reputation for being the person people can rely on—whether it’s designing personalised care plans, guiding a team, or supporting clients with compassion through tough days.​

Lauren is a genuine people-person who brings both warmth and energy to her role as a Support Coordinator, shaped by years of hands-on work in customer service and pharmacy environments. Siaan's warm and calming personality shines through as she works closely with those she supports. Siaan is a highly organised Support Coordinator who is passionate about helping people feel confident and supported throughout their NDIS journey. She genuinely enjoys building strong, trusting relationships and works closely alongside participants to ensure their goals feel clear, achievable and meaningful.

With a strong background in administration, coordination and customer service, Siaan brings years of experience, problem-solving and communicating with a wide range of people. This allows her to stay organised, manage competing priorities and ensure nothing is overlooked.

Chelsea brings a genuine passion for helping people thrive, grounded in hands-on experience across the disability and aged-care sectors. Before stepping into support coordination, Chelsea worked as a Disability Support Worker and Care Support Officer, giving her a real-world understanding of what quality support looks like day to day  and what participants and their families truly need from their support team.

As a Support Coordinator, Chelsea works closely with participants to understand their NDIS plans, connect them with the right providers and services, and make sure their funding is working as hard as possible toward their goals. She takes a person-centred approach in everything she does, championing each participant's autonomy, choice, and voice.

Warm, approachable, and a natural communicator, Chelsea loves building meaningful connections with her participants and prides herself on being someone they can rely on. Outside of work, you'll find her camping and caravanning with family, dancing, or spending time with friends.

With 15 years experience as a Nurse, Malissa brings a strong clinical background into her role as a Support Coordinator, offering a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to supporting people through their NDIS journey. With hands-on experience in fast-paced healthcare environments, she has developed a deep understanding of complex needs, care coordination and advocating for individuals in a way that is both practical and compassionate. She is passionate about helping people feel confident in their supports, making the NDIS feel clearer and easier to navigate, and ensuring each person feels genuinely heard and understood.

Meet Kellie! With more than eight years of experience walking alongside people with disability, Kellie knows that great support starts with truly listening. She has spent her career providing hands-on, one-on-one support to people with physical, intellectual, and psychosocial disabilities — so she understands, from real experience, what genuinely makes a difference in someone's life.

Kellie has a natural warmth that puts people at ease. Participants and families often describe her as calm, caring, and someone they can always count on. She takes the time to get to know each person - their goals, their dreams, and what matters most to them and then works tirelessly to bring the right supports together around them.

As a Support Coordinator, Kellie loves helping people make sense of their NDIS plan and feel confident using it. She's a passionate advocate for choice and control, and nothing makes her happier than seeing a participant grow in independence and self-belief. Whether she's connecting you with a great provider, smoothing out a tricky situation or simply being a friendly voice on the other end of the phone, Kellie is in your corner every step of the way.

With nearly a decade in the disability sector, including several years as an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator, Alyssa combines genuine heart with real know-how. She began her career as a Disability Support Worker, providing hands-on, person-centred support, so she understands what quality care looks like from the ground up.

Alyssa is passionate about helping participants get the most out of their NDIS plans. From coordinating supports across multiple providers to navigating plan reviews, reassessments, and even the trickiest of situations, she's the kind of coordinator who rolls up her sleeves and gets things done. Managing a busy caseload has taught her how to stay calm under pressure, think creatively, and always keep each person's goals front and centre.

What participants and families love most about Alyssa is how easy she is to talk to. She builds strong, trusting relationships, listens without judgement, and advocates fiercely to make sure every person's needs and preferences come first. With a Bachelor of Social Science and deep knowledge of the NDIS, Alyssa brings both warmth and expertise to every interaction - and nothing makes her prouder than watching the people she supports build their capacity, confidence, and independence.
